How much Ruby on Rails can achieve for the rapid growth of your applications. http://www.railscarma.com/blog/technical-articles/ruby-rails-scaling-app-rapid-growth/

Another low-quality article - you’re talking about scaling apps but the only point you mention is that the application server “is important”. Next you’ve listed app servers without mentioning even a single word what’s the difference between them or pros and cons. At last you start talking about Heroku just like applications could not be hosted anywhere else. In general I don’t see even a single advice about scaling your app.

Come on James. Maybe you should review the articles before posting? A good tip is to try them out on a couple of developers/tech people. In this case you managed (which, in a way is impressive) to write several pages of text without really saying nothing at all.

I think when people clicks to read about “scaling apps for rapid growth”, they kind of expect to get some tips. All you say in your article is that there is several app servers, but nothing about whats the pros and cons about them. You mention the load balancer but nothing about the key points of really scaling an app.

Thanks for your suggestion guys we will be definitely covering these points in our next release.
