Github API from the command line

I created Gitorinox a command line ruby app that lets you interact with Github API.

Currently it supports listing the repositories you are watching, filtering the output by a matching expression. And also unwatching every repository that matches the regular expression you input.

Any feature request, issue and pull request is welcomed. Please Take a look!
