Passenger 5.3.4: fixes crash on startup for BSD

Version 5.3.4 of the Passenger app server for Ruby, Node.js, Meteor and Python has just been released. This release contains fixes for a bug that crashed Passenger on BSDs, as well as the handling of chunked bodies when PassengerBufferUploads is off.
