Benry-CmdOpt 2.4.0 and Benry-CmdApp 1.1.0 released

Benry-CmdOpt is a command-line option parser, much better than optparse.rb.

Benry-CmdApp is a framework for command-line application which takes sub-commands or actions, like git, docker, or npm command.

In this release, multiple option feature is implemented. See Benry-CmdOpt document or Benry-CmdApp document for details.
