I really think such posts should be removed. The only valuable information is a page where I SHOULD enter my email address in order to get some “6-page guide” containing “9 places (probably websites) where I could find Ruby on Rails experts”. To me it looks like fraud and like the author is collecting emails for unclear future purpose. I don’t think you sharing your experience with a few websites needs such aggressive email-collecting campaign.

What? spam bait? There’s no admins here?

maybe owner of RubyFlow can give permissions to some people who he trust and who can moderate posts

Raymond has done some good posts here before so I’m going to let this slide for now. It is, at least, on topic, but I am also not a fan of email walls and collecting addresses without giving anything way. I will keep an eye on the situation :)
