Most Rails bugs don’t come from “bad code”.

They come from normal-looking code that passes reviews.

At RubyKaigi 2025, a quiz based on real Rails production code had a full-correct rate of ~3%. This article, inspired by a talk from Yuta Nakashima (Hubble, Inc.), explains why.
