i think http://shelr.tv/ should be a standard for the docs for http://engineyard.com/, http://heroku.com/ and any other rails cloud/hosting (or at least part of it) :)

also it would be awesome to have the opportunity to just create shellcast and attach it to the ticket - in that case the words will not be needed anymore just strict explanation of the issue
