Rails 3.1 docs for Dictionary.app and RDoc Dictionary.app formatter

Updated version of Rails 3.1 documentation for Dictionary.app is now ready for download.

Another great news is that the rubydictionary gem is finally out for you to use on any Ruby project you may have. This gem provides a nice RDoc formatter that creates .dictionary file from Ruby code.
