RefineryCMS 0.9.9 Released - Last step towards 1.0

A lot has happened since the 0.9.8 release almost 5 months ago. First of all, Refinery has surpassed all other Rails CMSs in terms of users, downloads, and forks. This has generated a lot of interest in the project, meaning version 0.9.9 represents over 4200 commits from 85 contributors.

The main new feature in this release is the ability of Refinery to attach itself to any Rails application. Another big change is the switch to Devise for authentication.
