Ticketmaster provides a universal API to ticket tracking and project management systems. Currently supported backends are Pivotal Tracker, Lighthouse, and Unfuddle, with more to come. It also provides a command-line interface and console, to make it easy to integrate with your development workflow, or to migrate between systems.
