ActiveRecord::QueryMethods#select adds support for hash values in Rails 7.1

Before:

Product
  .joins(:variants)
  .select("products.id, products.name, variants.price")

After:

Product
  .joins(:variants)
  .select(:id, :name, variants: [:price])
