It covers the practical parts of starting and running a conference or meetup, from finding the right format to getting people in the room - all the while not burning out. The guides are based on interviews with experienced organizers, including Jeremy Smith, Andy Croll, Amanda Perino, and many more. The goal was to surface the knowledge that usually lives in private chats, old notes, or in the heads of people who have already done the work.
