I created a quizbot SMS framework and I am new to open source

I would like to get some feedback to an open source application. I am fascinated with Twilio and its features. Combine that with marketing and SMS. Imagine you are in a waiting room and you see a poster that says “Text the keyword FLU to ###-###-#### to learn about the myths of the flu.”

It uses Sinatra and Postgres. Implementation is quick and I am proud of the documentation. Please take a look: https://github.com/robotscissors/quizbot
